Reception space:
- The ground floor follows the model of a traditional nhà sàn, open to the outdoors through wooden and forged-iron latticework facing the garden and pool.
- It includes a large dining room for 12 guests, a leather-sofa salon with a monumental stone fireplace, children’s area, interior well and fountain, bar, and kitchen.

- A central, two-level bedroom (25 m²) with a 160 cm bed, copper bathtub, stone lavabo, and balcony set behind a large stained-glass panel.
- Huế Room
- Turquoise tones, enclosed ancient-style bed, and built-in Bát Tràng ceramic bathtub.
- 1920 Room
- Huế Art Deco style, 19 m², 160 cm bed with wooden canopy, private balcony overlooking the Cham garden.
- Chinese Room (T3)
- Sino-Vietnamese style, 160 cm bed, copper bathtub, antique lavabo.
- Vietnam 1960 Suite
- 50 m², two single beds (120 cm), copper bathtub, wooden separation between sleeping and living areas, furnished with Than Lê pieces.
