- 80 m² occupying the entire top floor. Conceived as a refined retreat for a loving couple, this suite is built entirely from an authentic ancient Huế wooden house.
- Features include a 2-metre-wide antique bed, a complete handcrafted “Bird” furniture set, private wooden balcony, double stone lavabo in Nghệ An marble, double shower, walk-in wardrobes, and a copper bathtub.
- Chim Basalt (ground level) – 18 m²
- Named after its massive basalt stone lavabo and outdoor bathtub set in a private green courtyard. Hand-painted wooden doors and glass partitions, forged-iron windows.
- Chim Nghệ An Marble (ground level) – 15 m²
- Featuring a lavabo and outdoor bathtub carved from Nghệ An stone. Hand-painted wooden doors and glass partitions, forged-iron windows.
- The villa also includes a 34 m² dining room with a carved stone table, a salon, and an open kitchen, all arranged in a centered plan inspired by neo-classical imperial Indochina architecture.
