For All Villas:

1. Private swimming pools:
   • Each villa has its own 12-metre-long pool (extended to 25 meters when Birds and Beasts are rented together), with a maximum depth of 1.4 m. Pools can be heated or cooled depending on the season.
   • All pools include decorative jets, a low-water children’s section, a back-massage hose, and wooden pool decks with loungers.
   • The Beasts and Flowers pool villas also feature a pool slide for children.
   • Pools can be secured with safety nets upon request.
   • The main bedroom of the Beasts villa has direct access to its pool.
2. Private kitchens
   • Each villa has its own kitchen, for guests’ personal use or for a private chef, upon request.
3. Services:
   

• • Room service, daily cleaning, concierge services, and 24-hour security are provided. Staff are discreetly located on site, in a dedicated service house accessible to guests.
  • Massages, traditional Huế royal music performances, and other bespoke services are available on request.
  • Access to other Thien Y venues
  • Complimentary cyclo service is offered to villa guests wishing to visit nearby Manor Thien Y or Thien Y Lake, to enjoy their amenities: restaurant, bar and café, games and entertainment, swimming pool, spa, and children’s play areas.
